Salvaging enables buyers to browse and shop 24/7, purchase securely in the app, and have items picked up and delivered in 24 hours*. Our aim is to keep useable building materials and items from landfill and provide an easy, convenient alternative to buying new.

How much does it cost to sell my products via Salvaging?
There is no up-front fee. Salvaging takes a 20% commission on any product sold on the site.

What products can I sell on Salvaging?
Salvaging is a dedicated app for salvaged, secondhand or overstock materials or items that can be used for building, renovating or DIY. This includes everything from timber, bricks, tiles, cladding, doors, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, tools, and more. If someone could buy it in a hardware store or might want it for their building project, you can sell it on Salvaging. Note that we vet all items so ensure quality and usability.
How do I load items into the app?
Download the Salvaging app on your Apple or android phone, then follow the prompts.
Are customers able to return items?
No, but we approve all items and check at point of pick-up that the item complies with the description.
